So ***********!!!

I'm on DSTV compact, my problems started last month when I received an sms saying that I should pay R347.52 which is less than my monthly subscription. I paid my normal amount of R399 on the due date as other months. 4 days later I received another sms that my account was overdue and was disconnected and that I must now pay R397.52. I phoned Multichoice they said it was a "technical error" and I sent them proof of payment and my account was activated after phoning them a numerous times. The following day it was disconnected again, now they wanted me to pay R447.52, I phone again and I was told that they funds haven't been allocated yet and they activated my account. This month again , they say I owe them R447.52, I need to pay the reconnection fee, for what??? I paid on time. They said they received the payment 5 days late, how is this my problem when the money on my account was deducted on the due date, and I sent them the proof of payment dated on the due date. No wonder they are losing customers, they are so ***********!!! even now, I have paid already they still say I owe them!!! Are you for real!!!!
