SO BAD - CANT DISCRIBE

DSTV MULTICHOICE STOPPED SENDING CUSTOMER STATEMENTS A FEW YEARS BACK , WITH NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM EXCEPT VIA CALL CENTRE PHONE CALL , THE FRUSTRATION IS UNBEARABLE, BESIDES THE FINANCIAL LOSS / GETTING DISCONNECTED DUE TO INCORRECT TELEPHONIC INFORMATION , IT IS JUST A HORIBLE EXPERIENCE. HAVING A MONOPOLY ALLOWS A BUSINESS TO TREAT CUSTOMERS IN THIS MANNER, AS THEY ARE AWARE WE HAVE NO ALTERNATIVE. IT IS SO SAD AS A PROUD SOUTH AFRICAN TO BE TREATED SO BADLY AFTER 20 YEARS OF CUSTOMER LOYALTY BY A SUPPOSEDLY PROUD SA ORGANISATION.

PS: I have noticed the growing trend of no direct email communication available for customers in many companies. One has to either phone or fill in an on-line form so no record on the customers side of the communication. This in my opinion must be a strategy by big business & it is very customer unfriendly / unfair / frustrating.
