So annoyed nothing works

There online self service portable are utter waste of time and useless.. I tried to downgrade my services on the pay date via WhatsApp n hasn't worked this month and last month. Surprise surprise!!!!!

I then go back to check and realised, oh wait I know why it's not working cause when then wanted me to confirm its states Upgrade and not downgrade hence me rejecting it.

I've tried to phone everyday but can never get an option to speak to anyone. I want to downgrade coz I can't afford this month's premium but no I can't coz nothing works either phone call or WhatsApp or app.. They are so quick to disconnect you if payment isn't made or short paid but not so quick to help.

As soon as I can I'm canceling DStv service is shocking..
