So annoyed by pro rata charges

I Am so annoyed ,Dstv cost allot of money but at times it's a total *******,I told them I am on unpaid leave they must change my debit order ,they do that but dont tell me about pro rate fees I usually pay on the 21st I asked to be changed to 26 as I am on unpaid leave I must pay pro rata of 110 ,but when I had to upgrade I paid 130 for the rest of the month, so you telling me prorata for about 4 days is R110,I'm actually so tired of this dstv they are very expensive you can watch the same **** we opt for it as we dont have a damn option.I am on unpaid I can't afford to pay that 110 I need to wait for my husband to get paid

I'm so annoyed right now I asked them to add it on 26th and they cant,they cant accommodate me

Why is it that during such a epidemic companies ,business ,and even goverment has made provisions for people having difficulty due to covid 19 but an expensive service like DSTV doesn't want to help,really

110 for 4 days you plus I still offered to pay it on 26th cause I'm unpaid without a salary
