SmS notification talking Nonsence

You can't be sending me an SMS saying I'm owing money when I make my payments on time and extra each time they are due. I again had to waste my airtime speaking to this Patronising Lindiwe Agent who seemed less interested to take my call... resolve this *** and stop sending false sms... it's disturbing and very unprofessional.
