SMS' FULL OF LIES

I am a very unhappy client, I received an sms stating that we will be having access to E-entertainment, Lifetime and Comedy Central as from a specific date and that these will be now available to Dstv Compact and to my surprise these channels were removed along the way without any notification and you further took off Discovery World. Can someone please explain why the price hike then if we now have fewer channels? Or is this a way of telling us to upgrade to more expensive subscriptions which not all of us can afford.
