Smoke and mirrors Explora deal

Long story short.<br> <br> Signed up for an explora, was assured that my current HD Pvr config is all I need to install the explora. To my dismay found out I need a R900 SATCR switch. I got overcharged on the initial pro rata debit order, my account was debited for the full R849 instead of about R400<br> <br> I am ****ed of that you wasted my time and phone calls. <br> <br> What gets me more is that at some point the switches where included with the decoders?<br> <br> As I see it, these are the options(in order of preference)<br> <br> - Multichoice delivers a SATCR switch at my office, I'm willing to collect + refund the overcharge. I'm not interested in the LNB as it will result in installing more cable from my dish.<br> - Multichoice come collect the explora from me cancel the subscription + refund the R849. I will not make use of your service anymore. I will stream content. <br> - The explora goes on gumtree for R849 and I stop the debit order, you won't see me again.<br> - I jump into a petrol fire-pool<br> - I buy a SATCR switch<br> <br> Please, it seems as if your consultant are just after the sale and withholds information, nothing can be trusted at face value.
