Smart Tv cannot access channels on Dstv Now

I have been battling since 24 June 2021 to watch Dstv Now on my smart tv .I have spoken to CeeJae,Gloria,Kgao,Funane and Palesa on live chat. My smart tv had access previously and now it keeps on stating that my smart tv is linked to another user. The Live chat centre takes time to communicate and answer when you forward your problems but only give you a minute or two to answer before they log you off. Each time you send a message for assistance you have to re-explain your problem to another operator from start,they do not have record of your previous communication. They keep on telling me the same process to follow over and over again. I have followed the same process each time and when I return to tell them that it is not working they logged me off and I have to explain my situation to a new person again. I called the call center on Saturday 26 June 2021 who tried to assist but when they could not solve the problem I was referred back to the Live chat centre as the call centre does no have all the access that the Live chat centre has.Once again I had to re-explain and forward screen prints as no one at the Live chat centre knew what the problem was.I send through screen shots and up until today 28 June 2021 - 4 days later I still have not been assisted.The Live Chat is not user friendly as I explained they do not give you enough time to do what they request,they log you off and you have to re-explain yourself each time.I need assistance in getting my Smart tv linked to Dstv Now
