Smart LNB giving bad service

I bought my Explora in November 2017, had it connected in December. It played well for 2 months then requested an upgrade, after the the software upgrade, my DStv has been giving me signal issues. I called the call center and they advised u must take it in to Greenstone for a check. I did that and I was told it's working well I must get the installer to come check the connection. I did that and paid the installer to reconfigure the signal, the issue is only fixed temporarily as when it gets dark, I can't view any HD channels. Called in again and I was told to take it back to Greenstone, same story again with Greenstone nothing wrong with the Explora. Now I paid another installer to come reconfigure the signal, they rewired everything and reconnected. My signal is now good but I'm still experiencing an issue at night where I can't watch some HD channels. Worse my catch up feature catches up only when it feels like it. I will not go and buy an lnb as that is what seems to be the issue now since everything has been changed except nfor the lnb. I paid your accredited installer for the connection including the lnb when they connected my Explora in December. So please sort this **** out as I pay for your services and I've already spent more than enough . Currently I'm paying for services that I can't enjoy. Please sort out this signal issue I'm having because it's your responsibility as my service provider to fix this.

On Friday I got a call from your management staff Mr Matlala who escalated my query to Steven stating that I'm still under warranty they need to sort out my connection issues. Steven then said he'll get back to me but didn't till I called in today. Today Steven advised me that the Smart LNB I have is the faulty LNB's that were recalled early last year and I need to buy an LNB. I didn't buy this LNB an accredited installer brought this LNB and the fact that DStv isn't willing to rectify this is a big problem for me. As a consumer I'd like to know which channels did DStv use to communicate to it's consumers on the faulty LNB's and the new current LNB's to be used because when I call an accredited installer to install, it's their duty to install and be aware of the updated equipment. Clearly MultiChoice failed to properly recall ur LNB's and I will not be liable for ur defective equipment. I need a solution and the only solution is when will I be getting my proper LNB since this one is defective. If you decline please furnish me with the recall channels that was used as well as how u notified us consumers of ur current smart LNB to be used.
