Slow *********** consultants

They never get things right the 1st time you call. I have sent an email as per below to update my address and surname on 18 July already, called today it is not done. The lady I spoke to, Nozile was unprofessional. After giving her the whole address and spelling the street name letter for letter using phonetics to make it easier she still didn't update it, in fact she just switched the call to placing me on hold. When I called back a breath of fresh air, the guy Narian was much better than the call with Nozile and Lechasa who couldn't get things right. Please update my address, I am tired of wasting my airtime and data just to get through to *********** consultants.
