Sloppy service from DSTV

For more than 20 years, we have subscribed to DSTV's Premium package. Recently we have been wanting to switch to a less expensive package, so I phoned, and e-mailed DSTV to inquire which stations were available on the different packages. After a number of inquiries, I was referred to a web page, which also did not give me a list of available channels. I phoned DSTV once more and, to their credit, the so-called consultant actually phoned me back, only to say that her supervisor would talk to me as soon as he was available. That was more than a week ago! My wife then phoned a friend who offered to rattle off a list of channels she was able to access on the package we had more or less decided to change to. This took all of a few minutes. In short, the so-called service we have always obtained from DSTV has been abysmal. The only reason they are still in business is because of the entertainment-starved society in which we live. Another complaint I have is the number of repeat programs aired on the various channels. Surely there should be a small symbol depicting the fact that the program is a repeat. In addition, we lo longer receive a monthly Statement or a program magazine. If anyone has had the misfortune of having dealt with a worse, more sloppy company than DSTV, I would honestly like to know who it is.
