sloppy agent

I upgraded my package from access to compact on 04/06/2019 and asked the agent that a prorate amount will be payable which they must debit my bank to pay and normal subscription with be payable on 02/07/2019 the agent says no problem both will be debited on 2nd July now I'm suspended & i must pay reconnection fee which is no fault of mine before that I was never suspended not once. the agent should be liable for the connection fee as she stuffed up i am ****ed off with dstv. the last agent i spoke to said the manager will phone me but nothing is happening i have the recording of the call & i will send it to scorpion legal for advice..... pathetic service
