I have dual view. Since my mother in law doesn't watch TV I contacted dstv via Facebook requesting to have the xtra view cancelled. I know one pays in advance for viewing, so I confirmed that it was to late to cancel for august month and at the end of august I should only pay R300 instead of R300. I double checked and called in early August to confirm to my surprise I get an sms saying I'm in arrears called the call centre. Of no use really, still waiting on feedback
