Sizakele Maseko - A True Star

We are often quick to complain but seldom compliment.<br> <br> I would like to take some time to acknowledge Sizakele Maseko. After a week long of suffering and getting the same old response, Sizakele Maseko took some time to understand my frustration and offered to assist. She followed up each day and called when the query was resolved.<br> <br> It was a simple request but had it not been for Sizakele Maseko to go the extra mile, I would probably still be frustrated with Multichoice and other none caring staff.<br> <br> Sizakele Maseko THANK YOU for going the extra mile and for assisting until full resolve. Multichoice Call Centre needs more people like YOU!!!<br> <br> Please give her the recognition due.
