Sithembiso Delivers Outstanding Customer Service!
I received outstanding customer service from Sithembiso Biyela at Umhlanga customer service center. Not only was he helpful in resolving my issue but he also apologized for the mis-information and poor service I received resulting in me having to contact DSTV 3 times to resolve my issue. Can DSTV please use him as the model for customer service. He even went as far as calling us once home to confirm our service was working well - that was a first!
