SIPHESIHLE RATHAZA WORST LEADER EVER
I paid my account on the 25th April 2024 and on the 01st May 2024 my account was suspended. I called and was helped by 2 very helpful agents, and they told me they cant help me to reinstate my account after they received my POP asked to speak to the manager Siphesihle Rathaza VERY RUDE, STARTED RAISING A VOICE ON ME. just demanded to speak to my wife wish i duly connected her. Worst service ever, dont know how she leads people with this incompetence and stinking attitude. I would appreciate if the call could be listened to and be advised thats how you treat your customers. Agents are gonna be worst under HER leadership.
