Sinethemba Mulitchoice (DSTV) …Rude
A mere billing/reconnection issue took customer service a whole 2 hours resolve. Spoke to 4 different agents, Yolanda, Duduzile, Phumla and Sinethemba. And they all couldn’t help. But I really don’t know how Sinethemba is part of Customer Service team. She literally muted me and HUNG UP ON ME. It’s Appalling !!!!
