simply pathetic

In August multi choice has debited R307 but only R39 suppose to be debited from my bank account after several calls I was given different email address each time I called I was given different email addresses I sent the email a case was opened no feedback was given to me until I pested them the money that was debited was paid to someone elses dstv account however this was traced and credited into my account its been the second month now R580 was debited from my account when approximately R180 suppose to debited I contacted them on the 26th september I keep emaling and contacting them they promise contact me and email me with feedback but till date I'm still waiting no idea where that money has gone cause its clearly not reflecting on my dstv account.
