Simple request turns into a nightmare
What started off as a simple request is now turning into a nightmare. On the 11th of October 2014 we exchanged our PVR for an Explora but you kept on billing us for both devices. On the 1st of March 2016 we received our renewal letter and realized that we have been double billed all along. We called your call centre and the PVR got removed. Jerry Moeketse then informed us that he needs to request the phone call from your I.T department, in order to listen to the call and refund us accordingly. This would take between 5 and 7 working days.

We since spoke to:

o Noktula Nathlapo on the 8th of March
o Phulani & Nandipa on the 24th of March
o Lianda & Siphiwe on the 11th of April

and none of these people can supply us with feedback or bother to call us back after the call has been requested 3 times already. Every time we ask to speak to a manager and each time we end up speaking to a supervisor or people pretending to be a line manager. This is the worst service we have received in a very long time. Can you please get someone competent enough to trace the call, listen to it and supply us with feedback so we can all get on with our lives. ***-I12
