Simple request not fulfilled

Would one believe that to get a simple address change it will take multiple phone calls. I called two centre agents to have my statement reflect the right address which is on the system. The first agent sent an incorrect one and when l called back the second agent to correct the address and up until now l am still waiting for the email. I am getting tired of DStv and it`s a pity there in no other service coz it seems with this monopoly we just have to suffer despite paying for their service. Get your house in order DStv!!!
