Simple Request, Horrible responce.

Should have an option for 0 stars hello peter. Absolutely shocking service from dstv. Its amazing to me how easy it is for cunsumers to pay multichoice, fast instant secure payment methods available, which is fantastic, i want something, i pay for it, services activited, seemless? I paid Multichoice in advance for June 2023 and requested a refund 12 days prior to writing this review. Everything but seemless. Spoke to 3 chat agents requesting the same thing, only to be told on day 12, after calling in, that the process for a refund has not even been started. Agent could not give me a managers number or email, instead i was told the process would need to begin again. 5 to 14 working days. Simple request, clealry very complicated service provider in returning funds, however great at taken funds.
