Sihle Sakalashe is my Wonder Woman!
After getting the phone dropped in my ear 6 times this morning, she was able to keep me calm and resolve my query.
Her articulation and patience stands out for me. She mesmerized me with her voice. I think I have a crush on her.
Her efforts deserve recognition, the Multichoice call center needs more people like her.
Please make sure everyone else is as skilled as her. They need to stop dropping calls on us because it aggrevates us, and people like Sihle end up being on the receiving end and thats not fair.
Please implement a strict process for the guys who drop calls.
