Sihle Dlamini the star

I was assisted by Sihle Dlamini on the 26th May 2019 and she is exceptional. Her patience while walking me though the steps and product knowledge are amazing. After calling the contact center twice and not receiving any help for an E50-32 error, Sihle made it more than worthwhile. Please give her a raise or promotion so she can teach others how to treat customers. I can't call twice for one error and both agents fall to assist me. Then sihle speaks to me and she resolves my problem instantaneously. She needs to be in a management position. Big ups girl.. You are a 10/10
