Signal Problems and not getting any assistance

<p>I am a paying customer whose using using a HD decoder and I have been experiencing signal problems for a month I can't even watch tv properly other channels don't play At all .. I called the call center , took to decoder for testing and payed a technician to check the cables and connections seems nothing is wrong .. I pay every month I can not be experiencing such issues .. Fix it ... </p>
