Signal goes away twice a week

My DSTV resets itself twice a week on a Thursday and Saturday at 18:15. When it happens it will re-scan up to 5 times every time. Lodged a complaint with the call center and was told that is not my decoder and they will escalate the concern with no result as yet. This is very frustrating and irritating.
