Signal excuses and Catch Up NOT Udated

Channels cannot be viewed because of Bad Weather signal issues find a solution to fix this issue. This is unacceptable there has got be other solutions for channels still to be viewed. Update ALL channels on Catch Up if I can't watch channels then let me watch them on Catch up but they never updated.
