Signal 38% no channels and extra view due to that

I ordered an explora and about 3 weeks ago the tech from mandeni who works for omar came and installed my dstv. After few days i called multichoice to query why my box office dosent pick up and they said the signal strength and quality shouldnt be below 80% it was below and i called the installed and he was supposed to come when i was at home on a saturday but they come on a monday and they reset it. They made the box office work as he increased tuner 3. Now tuner 1 is on 38% which results in me not been able to view all my channels like etv 203 . 112 etc is missing due to code 48 which means technical error, turner 2 is on 0% which now i cannot get extra view and tuner 3 is on 85 which allows the box office to work . this is not the kind of service i require. Who will compensate me for my loss? The installer now ignores my messages to him regarding his technicians service. I want this matter resolved by latest 21 march 2016 as il be at home. They cannot come when im at work as they doing their own thing and going.
