Sick and tired
<p>DStv is run by a bunch of incompetant idiots. We pay WAY to much for the **** service we recieve. CatchUp titles can sometimes take a week to load, we are almost never warned about when a show goes on production break or has ended, shows get advertised for weeks and then get a different time slot without ANY warning, staff take too long to reply to facebook quiries and they rarely have an answer, to load more shows on CatchUp you need to connect to the internet (which is not possible since Telkom is ****!!). There is no way to request new shows or movies, there should be a site where we should be able to vote on these things or be able to put our requests in. And don't even get me started about repeats, some show get repeated 50 times, others only twice. Two shows that I have been looking very forward to are The Fixer and How to get away with ******, these shows were advertised (many many many times) for the 23rd of January, and they have suddenly (without warning) been replaced with Americas top model. </p>

We have received your post and appreciate the honesty. A few things have been picked up in the aforementioned post and we will be sure to note all and be sure to work on a better experience in this regard.
Please take into consideration the limited number of shows coming out of production studios; in most instances far less than the air time each channel has to cover.
We have also had a few delays with Catch Up content but our team has been working exceedingly hard to ensure that you content is not delayed or that any delays are kept at a minimum .
While not all shows can be made available on Catch Up due to licensing or space constraints we are always in negotiations with suppliers to ensure that the most watched shows are available for you to watch on Catch Up. However, due to space constraints on your PVR we may have to move certain content to our online platform which still allows you to Catch Up on your internet connected Explora, PC or mobile device.
Our TV Guide is often updated and accurate but you may find an issue where channels have had impromptu postponements of show dates which we were unable to update as our schedule is sent out way ahead of the prospective broadcast date; were these changes can be amended we do so to ensure that there is no confusion.
The Fixer is scheduled to premiere on Friday, 28 January 2017 at 01:00.The first Repeat on a prime time slot will air on Mondays at 20:30 and Tuesdays at 23:00.
HTGAWM is scheduled to premiere on Monday, 30 January 2017 at 21:30Repeating on Tuesdays at 00:00 and Sundays at 21:00.
