Sibusiso Hlongwane

I have been from pillar to post with multichoice. My records speak for itself. I was really puzzled this month as I had issues with my device. I decided to come into the branch after spending a lot of time in your call centre and had Sibusiso test my device. He went further to accept my payment receipt via via email and responded very politely and efficiently till he made sure my service and new decoder was working properly. He followed up till I was happy , that makes all the difference. He really is an asset and the only reason I have not cancelled my DSTV again. I am most pleased and he has changed my impression of multichoice.
