Sh*t services

On 27 may i payed for June installment, by the 2nd of june they told me that the payment is unallocated after sent them proof of payment. 3 June they disconnected even though i sent them proof of payment, i called them and they said they will allocate the funds for june, again on 7 June they disconnected us and i called and they keep saying the same sh*t over and over again. Today they disconnected us again and still spinning the same stories. And being put onhold for more 15 minutes.
