SHOWS EPISODES NOT SHOWING

I am AGAIN writing this report in utter disgust and anger. I have struggled with the service of DSTV before and just now the problem has risen yet again.

The last time I was contacted dstv told be that the "soapies" that is uploaded onto dstv catch is immediately uploaded after airing. But tonight when I logged onto DSTV NOW platform on my computer the new episodes ( that is tonight's episodes 13 October) is nowhere to be found.

What is very strange to me....the episodes are available on the dstv decoder's catch up but for some unexplained reason there seems to be a problem with the online DSTV now platform. Why is it that every now and then there is some kind of problem with this?

My patience has now completely run out!! How many times must I report this in order for it the work? It has been working fine for about 3 weeks....but now, yet again, the problem arises.

I really hope for DSTV's sake this will be actively be looked because believe me: I will be constantly reporting this until I have actively seen a difference in customer serivce.
