Showmax Subscription.

I subcribed to DSTV showmax on the 20/12/2022 and cancelled on the 25/12/2022. It states on their webpage that if you cancel within 14 days, you will be refunded with the full amount. i have just spoken to Noxolo Camagu who says it does not apply to showmax pro, yet it is not stated on the website. it just seems to be a way of misleading people to sign up wit the confidence that if it does not meet their needs they can cancel. I am very disappointed with them for the false adverti*****t beacause thay could have clearly stated the terms and condtions but chose not to.
