SHOWMAX ****

I am soooo angry right now! A lady from multichoice by the name Onthatile Tshisevhe called me yesterday to ask me to link my dstv and SHOWMAX account and how this will reduce my showmax subscription to only R50.

I agreed. Sounds like a good deal, right?

I did as was instructed. She sent me the instructions via email. It was all done.

Then I got a message from dstv advising that I need to make a payment of R38+.

I emailed the lady from Multichoice. She called me this morning to tell me the amount would be credited and she would fix the error and redo the link. She said she would call me back later.

She emailed after 13:00 telling me she has not forgotten about me. My account was just debited for a SHOWMAX subscription I already paid for on the 27th November. Now Onthatile is a ghost. Not responding to emails. Not taking calls.

I didn't ask to be called. I was okay paying my dstv and SHOWMAX separately. She sold the deal well to me. AND THEN THIS?! ON A ****** FRIDAY?!

I feel like canceling everything with multichoice now. EVERYTHING!!
