I am a highly disappointed client, I spoke to 3 different consultants who failed dismally to assist me their names are as follows: Nomangwane Ganuganu, Nhlakanipho, Siphosihle...I advised them that I have months now since I have been paying for Showmax but I have never watched even a single show as it doesn't allow me, Nomangwane said she will call me after 10 mins as she is trying to link it but I'm still waiting, Nhlakanipho just went silent on me, Siphosihle was the last straw, I requested to speak to the manager and she went Awol on me, I have been paying for something I'm unable to make use off, I think multichoice is taking advantage because they do not have any competitor...I want them to refund me for all the months I've been paying for this option without getting any service
