Showmax Pro to DSTV migration is a ****

I was a showmax pro customer when they decided they will no longer show la liga and the UCL on showmax pro, and these were really the only two reasons I subscribed. But they offered a special to migrate to DSTV compact plus for R349.00 per year which included these channels. I spent days of my life trying to access this offer and was eventually told to just sign up and they would correct the billing, this never happened so I didnt renew and despite engaging with showmax support and being promised the issue would be resolved, Its 2 months later and I havent heard a sound. No wonder they are bleeding customers, I have all the other streaming services and issues there are resolved in minutes. I actually think this is a **** and most clients would have migrated without know they are being overbilled.
