Showmax Pro gone, no compact plus

I am just going to cut a long story short and hope someone at multichoice/showmax will be able to assist, I hate calling the call centre because they are not skilled enough to deal with queries that are not self service, The issue is that I was on Showmax Pro, and then I see it was discontinued, I see that DSTV says that all Showmax Pro subscribers will be migrated to Compact Plus at the same price of R349 for 24months, so I am trying to ask how do I get this package because now I cant watch soccer live. Firstly I chat to person (Lungile) on live chat and they say that its not Compact Plus, its Compact, straight away I knew this person was not well informed, I decided to send an email to Showmax, they say I need to press "Activate Now" on an email that I did not receive, I told them I didnt receive the email, I still await a response, the worst part is that they didn’t even ask for my contact number or account number or even call me Thirdly I am get a call from Palesa (Hello Peter Team), she called me to confirm my email address and that was it, no other info on how they going to assist or what How do I get a solution on this issue, it seems like no one I dealt with seems to know how to sort this problem. The worst part is that they cannot communicate in way where we can feel that something is being done. Next up is ICASA escalations
