Showmax not connecting to Dstv account

I am a premium subscriber and can not connect my showmax to my dstv account. No one at Dstv seems to know how to fix the problem and refer me to showmax. Showmax then refer me back to Dstv. Seriously people is it that complicated? Sort out your tech systems.
