Showmax link to my Dstv Premium

I have been on call with Princess my air time was done and she promised to call me back, even now, my conversation with Dstv consultants is bad to the last degree, my conversations started with Princes for 09h00 and some seconds my airtime depleted and that call from her never came, I spoke to two gentlemen instead of helping me they hang up on me and I still call be to a lady she also hang up on and for me not get their names not sure if that's they've been trained they say their names in their moths like a sick person and a Premium subscriber that come with Showmax, they can't do that instead they hang if they can't assist and a person or clued up consultants to assist period and this request started from 15h39pm, my kids will be watching Showmax today shem, and you receive an SMS that you must rate them, for what and what did they do for me as I'm very angry this has to be fixed today.
