Showmax, I can't seem to get them to reply to me.

So l log on to the Showmax website to sort out a payment issue. I start a chat twice. Both times I don't reply fast enough so they log off. But both times they take 15minutes + to respond. It seems that the expectation from showmax is that one may not go to the loo, make coffee, or leave your desk if you arena to them. You are to wait patiently till they find time for you and then you better be available.
