Showmax error 402 payment required

Hi

My name is Nosipho, i dnt know where to start now.. i still have a problem with Showmax that is not playing , it gives me "Error 402 Payment is required" i am on premium showmax is on my package... There s nothing i have not tried from signing out n signing in. unplugging. cancelling a subcription n linkin it again but still its not working.. Yhoo its been 2weeks i have the same problem.. This is very irritating
