Showmax connection

I've been struggling connecting to showmax it keeps saying an error has occurred 402 payment required I called the call centre for help but couldn't get any help I even changed my email address so that I could be able to have access to connect as my previous email has restrictions. When I contacted showmax they directed me to self-service to try & connect & link my account to showmax which I did but still getting the same error I even went to this showmax chat those people there couldn't help me I mean how difficult it is just to give a customer smooth service without any hassles at first I had a problem with catch up channels & box office now it's showmax it means that to get good service for your money from DStv you need to first fight this is really frustrating can someone please give me service for my money as a premium customer!!!!
