Showmax and Dstv streaming poor service

Am currently having a bad experience with Showmax and dstv streaming, I pay monthly subscription of R349, to watch live soccer. to my suprise they are ending the showmax option that was offering live soccer and offering 24 monthly bundle that has Showmax and dstv streaming for R350, which I activated since my current package was coming to an end , it's been two weeks without watching live soccer yet I have been billed for this month. What is infuriating me is that fact that I been complaining about this for two weeks on the emails with Showmax support, on dstv chats, requesting calls and even on Twitter but all this platforms am not getting any help. They are all saying "they will excalate the issue " . Soon it will be month end n am expected to pay again yet am not getting any service. Am getting *********** humans on all this platforms
