ShowMax and DSTV Stream not Working

Hi,

As per numerous emails and calls(30-45mins. in duration), still my ShowMax problem persists. Multiple agents advising and suggesting we do the same thing over and over and over again, advising we repeat the same actions, and expecting a different result is beyond me. The agents basically just keeps on repeating the same things over and over, until either the call gets cut off or the agent hangs up. Now, my DSTV Stream too stopped working after the latest update on 11/06/2024.

Can you please have a "competent" person call me, to assist me.
