showmax and dstv biggest ****

After numerous calls since November 2019 I am still being billed for a showmax account I have never signed up for. dstv and showmax hav billed me incorrectly and dstv refuses to help me cancel the showmax account. Apparently showmax is indeppendlty run and dstv cannot help me. I am at the point of naming and shaming all th dstv 'customer service assistants' who failed to provide any sort of positive feedback. I have been to their umlhanga offices and left ther with promises of my account having been sorted out in January2020... however we are now in march and I am still being debited evry month for more than my selected package. I now understand why half of th south africans have cancelled and boycotted dstv... overcharged, for repeats of ancient movies and documentaries. Netflix is a way better option.
