Showmax account access

I have been trying to access showmax on my premium account and I found out that there is already an account opened without my knowledge and the user name is not my email address and this is very disturbing to me. I called DSTV to assist and got a guy (Zwelihle) who tried and failed to resolve the issue and he later said I must hold which took very long. Up to now I am still waiting and I am not sure how I am going to be helped. I have had many such encounters similar to this one with DSTV. DSTV is so frustrating and it still operating like its in the dark ages, they really need to improve on their systems and service. Every time I have had a major problem for it to be resolved I have to make a complaint through Hellopeter.
