Should I go small claims court for my refund

Hello Peter, I'm disabled & I've been battling to get my refund of R7000.00 from DSTV. I'm divorced and was awarded the dstv decorder,& ,have been making monthly payments. Last year July20. I gave old decorder to my son.& I upgraded to explorerer.

DSTV REFUSES TO REFUND MY 7000.00. IVE BEEN SENT FROM.PILLAR TO POST. IVE PROVIDED THEM WITH ALL REQUIRED CERTIFIED COPIES OF , ID DOCUMENTS, DEATH CERTIFICATE, MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE, DIVORCE SETTLEMENTS.& AGREEMENTS, .MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE. BANK STATEMENT REFLECTING THE STOP ORDERS GOING OF MY ACCOUNT.

All of the above document was hand delivered to their office in Ransaburg 1 April 21, Mails are sent daily. Requesting the same information...What other information. Can I provide. My ex is late..Assets were split,he agreed, accepted & signed for it. THE DIVOIRCE AGREEMENT states the movable property which was taken by him.

What other evidence must I provide them with
