Should Black Service Always Be Below Average
On Sunday, 16th of August 2015 I went to the DSTV branch in Maponya. As I was going to the cashiers, there is a sign that says \ Cash Payment Only"Card Please use the Kiosk. I then ask one of the guys what is the kiosk"
