Should be Multi****** and not Multichoice

I had taken out DSTv Price Lock in May 2016, according to the consultant at the time I would miss 2 price increases 1 in 2017 and 1 in 2018, to my dismay as my contract ends this month I received a sms stating that going forward I will have to pay the increased premium for 2018, I called center and spoke to 2 *********** untrained individuals who cannot answer a simple question, was I in fact **** to and duped into a 24 month contract as I only missed 1 price increase not 2 as promised, so people please stay away from multi choices price lock plans as it is a hoax and I am still waiting for some one from the escalation department to call me, 48hrs later and nothing, this is why people are turning to streaming, I wait Multi choices response
