SHORTAGE OF EPISODES / POOR SERVICE

Good day.

I write this review in utter disappointment and disgust.

I would really like some explaining. I am watching certain shows on dstv now via the internet on my computer. It has been over a week now and one of the shows I'm watching is the soap "Suidooster" that orignally is aired on Kyknet weekdays at 18:30.

When I log on into the dstv now website I noticed that the above mentioned show has not been loaded at all and it has been over a week now. But what is even more disturbing is that the other show I'm also watching named "Getroud met Rugby" has always been uploaded every night...what about the other one? Am I mising something here?

What I want to know is the following: Why is one show oploaded onto the website on dstv catch up but not the other one? Is just does'nt make any sense at all. Also may other people also complained about the some problem.

I expect that this problem or issue needs to be fixed ASAP. This is really very poor service and most proberly the worst service I have ever experience from DSTV.
