SHODDY SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Every month, I have to phone DSTV and literally beg for my DSTV Magazines to be delivered!!!!</p> <p>This has been the case now for a SOLID YEAR! The account is always paid on time as it’s a Debit Order.</p> <p>Receiving the Magazines is part of the service, which is not been met. Day Light *******! Each month I phone through and talk to one of the magazine managers, so much so, they avoid my phone calls, nor get back to me. They say "We have to send and email to the distribution centre and wait for them to respond" This is all they do, no follow up, NOTHING!!!! No responsibility is taken and the blame game just goes around like a sordid virus! To add insult, their distribution centre is internal, so you would think that the problem would be resolved with in a hour......here is to thinking.... NO ONE AT DSTV CARES ENOUGH TO DO THEIR JOB, JUST AS LONG AS YOU PAY YOUR BILL!!!!REALLY DISGUSED WITH THE SHODDY SERVICE PROVIDED BY DSTV!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>A very dissatisfied customer!</p> <p>Diane Clayton</p>
